What is this?

Heartfire Project is based on the truth that the way to home and wholeness is a journey that can be inspired and informed by others, but is ultimately a solo path. In the information age, everything is available, everything. As we trudge through the ideas and expressions of others, eventually all roads must lead back to our own discernment and personal vision of what makes life meaningful.

The HFP books are invitations to slow down and bring presence to our thoughts and bodies. The journal is a deep dive into many spiritual and psychological concepts that offer facets of liberation. By reading, musing, decorating the pages, and answering questions, we get to be the center of our own attention, with a light tether to inquiries aimed at illumination and expansion. A gift to ourselves of being our true selves, even if only on the page to start.

The HFP Coloring Book is more amorphous and obviously less directed. However, it also offers loving space and compelling imagery for unwinding and allowing you to be without direction in favor of embracing and allowing what is to float in the background of lines and color.

THE HEARTFIRE PROJECT is the work of Molly Hart. A graphic designer and avid journal writer, this project is the result of the deep healing and self-discovery she has experienced through writing and committing to understanding what has stood between herself, happiness and fulfillment through the years. Through the inspiration she received by reading endless ancient and modern texts about “finding oneself” and the nature of the universe, she learned to make the message more personal by asking herself questions based on the relevant concepts and journaling the answers. This practice had profound results and inspired her to find a way to share it with others.

She lives off the grid in the wilds of Northern California with her husband and two dogs. Besides becoming a more balanced, creative, and peaceful person, her greatest joy is her two grown sons, who amaze her and role models fearlessness and vitality continually.

All assets, writing, design, and illustration are the work of Molly Hart.
